🎨 What is Personal Use?

You can use our graphics to create personal projects, crafts, and gifts for friends and family. Print and enjoy as many as you'd like — as long as you're not selling or profiting from the end product.

If you plan to sell products made with our graphics, you must follow our Commercial Use guidelines.

💼 What is Commercial Use?

Commercial use means using our graphics in any product or service for profit. To do so legally, a license is required. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared with third parties.

There are 2 ways to use Aifactory Cliparts commercially:

Option 1: Purchase a Commercial License
Option 2: Credit Aifactory Cliparts whenever and wherever your product is sold or displayed (e.g., “Graphics by Aifactory Cliparts”). Include this credit on packaging, listings, and promotional materials. Selling offline? Just ensure the credit appears on your product—small but visible.

📦 1. Small Business Commercial License

→ One-time purchase.
This license allows you to use our graphics for up to 1,000 total sales without crediting us. It covers all graphics purchased under your account and is intended for small businesses only (not for mass production or wholesale).

📦 2. Retail / Wholesale Commercial License

→ Required after 1,000 sales.
If you exceed 1,000 sales using any of our graphics, you'll need to purchase a Retail License per graphic set used. This license applies to the specific design and is necessary for mass production or wholesale items. It does not include access to the graphic itself—graphics must be purchased separately.

🧾 What Can I Make with Aifactory Cliparts?

✅ Allowed PHYSICAL Products:

• Sublimation items (t-shirts, mugs, bags, etc.)

• Journals, bookmarks, and planners

• Greeting cards, party supplies, and favors

• Printed teacher resources and educational tools

• Home decor (wall art, yard signs)

• Handmade items (bows, jewelry, buttons)

• Designer baked goods and cutters

• Printed sublimation transfer sheets

• Stickers, stationery, and scrapbooking kits

✅ Allowed DIGITAL Products (Personal Use Only):

• Digital party invitations and custom printables (flattened and uneditable)

• Personal-use branding items (logos, banners — license required)

• Digitized embroidery files (must be in stitch-only formats)

• Social media templates (must be watermarked)

• Digital educational resources sold to end-users (license required)

🚫 Not Allowed:

• Fabric manufacturing or fabric-for-sale (custom sublimation is OK in small batches)

• Dolls or toy models based on our characters (3D, crochet, die-cut, etc.)

• Reselling or sharing cliparts in any digital form

• Vectorizing, editing, or recreating graphics to sell or distribute

• Creating new characters using cropped or modified versions of our graphics

• Mass resale of digital designs using our elements

✂️ Using PNGs with Cricut or Silhouette?

Yes! Use the “Print then Cut” feature to cut out our PNGs for use in crafts, party décor, heat transfer, and more. PNGs are not layered, so they’re not ideal for vinyl layering. Recommended: printable vinyl or transfer paper.

📁 File Format & Delivery:

All clipart files are high-resolution 300 DPI PNGs on transparent backgrounds, approximately 6–7 inches tall. Files are delivered in ZIP format immediately after purchase.

To access your files:

• You’ll receive a download link on your order confirmation page.

• A second email will be sent with your download links (check your spam/junk folder and mark us safe).

• Files can be downloaded unlimited times. Can’t find the email? Contact us with your order number.

💡 Tip: Always unzip your files before using them! You cannot print or edit from within a ZIP folder. Use a desktop computer or the iZIP app for mobile.

🚫 Reminder:
You may not:

• Share or resell our graphics, either alone or combined with other elements

• Convert our designs into SVG, EPS, PDF, AI, or any vector format for resale

• Modify characters or elements to create and sell as new characters

• Exceed 1,000 sales without a Retail License, even if credit is given
